Default Battery Gurus-What IR number is an indication of a pak going south?

Other than the obvious...pak won't take a charge, or pak takes too long to charge, or worse yet...I tacoed my pak, dude, What Internal resistance in mOhms is an indication your pak is going south?
I'm running OR 3000 25C 6S1P paks (which are doing outstanding at 25 flights each thus far) I am keeping track of the mOhms for each charge via Hyperion duo.
It does seem that these numbers vary depending on how long the pak sits prior to discharging but on avg they are around 60mOhms.
