Kevin, have you started shipping these orders yet? Haven't received mine yet and ordered on Monday.

Just got my ATD -- fast delivery Kevin. Already have it mounted but hope I won't need it. It only took about 5 minutes to mount. That was longer than Finless's video.

Just slightly off subject but I just taco'd my first pack, but only slightly. Is a taco'd pack safe to use if it did not split open and seems to charge/discharge fine? I used in my EDF jet the next few flights with no issues. Also, how do you determine if it is too taco'd to be safe?

Recharge it and just watch it carefully throughout the next couple charges/discharges. If it's not too bent and still charges and discharges satisfactorily, you'll probably be fine.

From my experience they have to be QUITE bent/damaged in order to not work.

Thanks. Do they just not work if damaged internally or will they ignite (assuming no obvious shorts, etc? I would tend to think they would just start to puff or something.

Depends on how you damage it. If you bent it good enough, you could possibly pull a solder joint or wire off, etc. Puffing would be evident if you damaged it good enough ... piercing it would most likely bring about a fire.

Default Taco??

I am new to helis and I keep reading Taco everywhere. Is it just referring to a battery pack that gets bent up from a crash or is there more on a heli to Taco? I have seen some crashed heli picks that the heli looks more like a tostada than a taco.

little off topic, but is K2heli planning to release a "swashplate setup tool" for the 450pro?

If you read the thread from the start you'll realise its when a battery get bent up like a taco shell.

I paid for one of these through Kevin at K2Heli over three weeks ago and have not received it yet.
All emails to his site are bouncing back, unable to be delivered.
The site is still up and would probably be taking money, but I would be careful of buying anything at the moment.
If I check my order status it still shows the same as the day I ordered it, no shipping.
Hopefully it is just a technical fault.

International order do take some time to get there but should be no more than a couple of weeks. PM be your full name and I'll look into when it was shipped out.
