Default TT to Belt Drive Conversion

Hello all: Id like to convert my 450 Pro to belt drive. Is there any brand that is better quality, or a brand I should stay away from? Metal or plastic tail unit? Should I buy the combo with tail boom, etc. or is it better to buy parts separately? There are several brands on eBay but I dont know which is best. Thanks much for any advice!

Helifreak member Salrica suggested this:

I decided not to convert. I was flying off of grass and stripping gears when landing. Now I just take off and land on a piece of plywood.
