ov10mech,

Were you able to get a linear throw on the throttle servo? what I mean is in your travel adj are you close to 100% on both sides. Just curious as I have our throttle servo's mounted with the horn up top to give the linkage a 90 degree angle with the throttle arm, I was able to get all of Steven's throttle to 100/100

You might want to install some type of electron storage device (the battery) haha

Good job, I like the torq servo enblem on the frame

Nice job OV, i would suggest fixing that switchglo button wire to the frame somehow, whipping around free like that is just asking for the wire to break off the button.

Oh, and the fuel tube colour is all wrong

What head settings and cyclic pitch range are you running?

I set it up 8 degrees cyclic pitch, +12/-12 CP, I am at the advanced holes for everything except the upper mixing arm where I am at the outer hole. Gov is set to 2100 Headspeed with Radix 600 blades. I am using the pitch ball upgrade as well. Of course I may end up changing things once I get it in the air. I will crank up the expo just to be safe. Something tells me this thing is going to be on crack.

Foxden, on the throttle server, no I am not at 100/100 nor did I try very hard. I got the 90s fairly close at the center tick mark on the 55 then set the endpoints. I didn't think it would matter than much so I wimped out and just set the radio. If there is good reason to get those endpoints as close to 100 as possible let me know.

Ok so almost the same setup as mine, i use the inner hole on the swash to mixer arm. Be prepared for this heli to be quick, i am currently using 25% expo.

Why not flip the throttle servo up,so you have the servo arm on top instead on the bottom.

The throttle servo will work in either direction and you can still achive a 90 degree setup, however Charley desgined it to install horn on top and it ends up being 90 degrees and linear verses the angle, not a biggie I just liked mine up top because it was much easier to achive the 90 degrees and set it up mechanically as close to 100/100 which achives full servo resolution on both sides, servo doesn't move much with a V-curve and 100-75-100 in idle 2 with the MultiGov Pro set at 2050

This is why I really didnt spend a lot of time trying to get a perfect 90 and perfect 100/100. Besides pride is there any good reason why one needs to do this on a 3d setup?
