Bob,

Thank you for re-sizing that. I don't post photographs very often, so I don't do it very well.

Richard... it's easy... After copying it or whatever go into your post in ADVANCED editing and just change the tag from IMG to IMG640 do that at the front and the end tag.

Would these be a bad idea for a novice / just learning pilot even with flybar weights on?
Kinda hoping I could get a set to match my tail blades / visability.

You could get Gorilla paddles for visibility, they aren't as fast. I wouldn't recommend fast paddles for a beginner.

One more question, I now run Gorilla paddles on my 450PRO without the weights in them, would these KBDDs give me an even faster rollrate? Also how's stability when hovering? Thanks!

I would like to know this too, and also how they stack up against CY Stubz which is what I'm using now...

I think these are faster than gorilla's with no weights. Also gorilla's were pretty pitchy in fast forward flight without weights BUT that was on a V2 not a pro. I have not tried gorilla's on the Pro yet. I probably wont either as I like these so will just stick with them.
It's been a while since I flew stubz and they were pretty darn fast and also had a nice feel to them but it has been so long I cant really say now and I do not have another set. They were crashed a long time ago and I never replaced them because I just felt they were too expensive for what you got on a 450.

Last comment... all of this is really a personal preference. Some people may hate these and others may love them. I know a few guys that hated gorilla's with no weights while other guys loved the stick banging style they gave them. So just because I liked them by no means will everyone. Same with the KBDD tail blades. I know guys that just have to have CF tail blades and did not like the slightly softer feel of the tail with the KBDD's. Again to each their own here.
All I can say is for the price...... It is not going to hurt your wallet to try them. If you like them great.... If not your not out a lot of money.

Thanks Bob for the quick reply! I'm thinking of either get the stubz or the KBDD ones, the stubz are twice as expensive but nice carbon , I agree with you, the Gorillas are pretty pitchy, stickbanging fast but pitchy..

I tried the KBDD paddles on my 450SE V2 today and I like them alot. The heli got much faster than before. Before I used the Align CF paddles with the locking nut.

I just recently started to do flips and rolls, and I must say the difference was bigger than I thought. As some say, almost too fast. I use the front hole, can't imagine how fast it will be on the second hole...

On the picture I still use my original beaten up canopy, feels better knowing that I don't have to worry about damaging the canopy when I crash...

Anyway, I can recommend them if you want a quicker heli.
