Default pulsing motor sounds using vbar gov

Hi all,

i'm flying my trex 600 efl for over a year now with zero issues.
my motor is the stock align 600mx and i use 3 pairs of 2*6s lipos:
a pair of 3300 mah 40c kypom over 100 cycles, a pair of 3300 mah 45c kypom over 100 cycles and a pair of 3300 mah 45c nanotechs. all of them present the same pulsing sound issue from the motor.
i went flying today and tried to tweak the gov main gain and sub gains in the expert menu but increasing or decreasing them doesn't appear to have any effect on the issue and it happens even in a hover.
i fly mild 3d with occasional stick banging.
the vbar gov target rpm is set to 2500.
i fly 4:00 minutes until 3.78-3.8v per cell and never below.
i attached the setup files, log files and graphs below and appreciate any thoughts on the matter.

thanks ,
Liran
