Not much of the MiniProtos seen here, as it was doing all the Cameraship duties for this finely produced chase video.

#11 HD Keychain camera attached to the battery with the stock o-ring...nice and smooth IMO

Here is my Mini Stretch!

And today I crashed it for the first time! Flew a little too close to a oak tree and it went right through it and kept flying. I brought it into a hover and it seemed to be okay, I was in a careless mood so I kept flying. I did not notice a piece of an acorn was stuck in the frame rubbing on the belt. 3 minutes later I noticed the heli start to spin pretty radically when any load was put on the heli. Came out of a loop at pretty much full speed and the belt couldnt take any more and I lost any drive and it started spinning. I hit throttle hold, and tried to do a high speed spinning auto rotation that was somewhat successful. It slid on the grass about 50 feet before the blades hit the ground. Broken parts; broken radix 350 blade(ouch), one very bent spindle, probably bent the main shaft a bit but for now it looks okay, broken blade grip, bent boom completely stripped belt and broken boom support! Lesson learned today, don't fly through trees.

sorry for the cell phone pics, after the rebuild ill try to get some better ones.

Ouch!!! That hurts.

But thanks for sharing the pics.

If you don't mind, can you tell us what motor, pinion, and batteries you were running?

Thanks.

Wow, what a sexy thing, Ride!
I thought they said to not try the "Tareq fights palm trees" thing at home, didn't they?

Some stealthy flight at 1400 and 1800 headspeeds, with a sound comparison of the normal 2400 sport flying headspeed I run my stretch mini at...

Thumbs up

Sideways, that's some very smooth flying. What electronics/setup are you running?
I think this video shows the Protos can be whatever you want it to be. There are lots of video showing the extreme end of things, But this is just a nice enjoyable flight without any hiccups whatsoever.
