Default CopterX 250 build help

I have just received my copterx 250 and started to build it. About the main shaft, I have some doubts:

As you see in the picture, not same as the 450 shaft, there is no notch for the metal collar on the middle of the shaft. Notch is on the thinner side, near the thicker part. If so, will we put the metal collar above the lower bearing ball?

Also in the kit, there is 4mm screw to be used under the shaft. But as seen above, only half of the screw can be screwed into the hole. I tried many screws but all the same. Is this normal?

I dunno about the top picture, but the bottom pic if memory serves me the main gear goes on the bottom followed by a small washer, so the screw doesn't need to go all the way in..
let me look again just to double check..<-- then again don't really see the need to write this...

Sorry i was trying to upload some pics, but my phone is dead..

Yes there is no notch to secure the collar. Dunno why align did it this way, maybe its small enough where you don't need it.

Just slide the collar onto the mainshaft, drop the main shaft through both upper and lower bearings. put the main gear in, DON'T forget the brass washer/spacer. screw in the 4mm screw, also DON'T forget the washer.

While pushing up on the bottom of the mainshaft, press down on the collar, so it rests on the top, of the top bearing. Screw it down, careful while tightning, east to strip, even with good tools. just make sure the Hex driver, is all the way in.
Make sure there is a VERY VERY small amount of movement as you tighten the collar set screw..

I hope that is what you are looking for.

Good luck.

BTW, which swashmix rates do you use? Mines are 50,50,50. Maybe there is a problem with these, I guess.
