Default Combining different batteries

I have 3 Turnigy 5000mAh 6s 25C for my T-Rex 600ESP. Can I combine these batteries with new Turnigy nano-tech 5000mAh 6s 45C or is it better to use only same types in pair?

You probably know the right answer. I have successfully used a thoroughly used Turnigy 30C 5000 paired with a new Turnigy 40C 5000 on my 700e for over a hundred cycles at this point. I have had no issues with this, no funny ripple current, and the batteries charge in identical times with the same mah. The two batteries you are proposing to use together are very different from each other and you might not have the same good results that I have had.
