This guy made one
https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=10715
but you have to remove the head button to use it (as you have to do with most items like this).

And thre is the one made and sold by Rick Lohr, don't know what postage to UK would be
https://www.helifreak.com/showthread...169282&page=19

Or the somewhat expensive (and complex) Flylock from Sonix
http://www.sportsmoto.co.uk/acatalog...ock_tools.html

Or e-bay, but doesn't seem to ship outside US
http://cgi.ebay.com/Flybar-Lock-Tool...-/140479722296

Not really a lot of help, I'm afraid Personally, if I felt the need, I'd make one

antony,
I made several .. for 450 and 500's flybar and a very easy..
just get a bit of aluminium bar from the hardware store.. I used 10mmx3mm bar ..
cut a piece about 120mm long. drilled three holes with about 3mm bit,
one in centre, and two at about 50mm out from centre. put a 40mm fine threaded bolt with 2 two nuts on it. You just adjust the nuts , one each side of the alum-bar, so that bar is tight and parallel. It helps if you file a curved slot in the ends of the bolts.. so that it can sit snug onto the fly-bar rod.....
it works a treat and cost next to nothing.. you only need a drill to make it !!

heres a photo of mine attached to a copter-x head.. hope the pics clear enough..

I did use some brass "stand-offs" on the ends of the bolts.. just because I had some and I needed to make the bolts a bit longer..

but you get the idea.. nothing fancy.. but it works fine..

That's it Chris, hardly anything to it Now if you want to get fancier, and have another use for those small diameter taps you just bought, you could drill and tap the outer holes Then only one nut needed

yes tom .. very good observation..
", you could drill and tap the outer holes Then only one nut needed "

It would then be even easier to adjust up tight.. just need a screwdriver to wind the bots down.. and snig the nut up hand tight.. might be even better if you could find a wing nut of a small diameter for the underside nut !!

I don't' use these anymore, as I am selling all of my 450's and have sold the 500
The 600's are so big you can easily fit a spirit level bubble on the swash with a bit of plasti-tac and this makes leveling very easy..
