Looks like your mounting a lipo onto the rotor hub. How did you attach it?

Yes, that's what I did. I am waiting for some really small rechargeable button cells I ordered to mount to the top and I have a great way to mount it. I will post pics once it is done. It should shave about two grams off the top and will spin more true and less drag using the button cell than the battery I'm using now. This was just the test run, now i will perfect them so it will never break even in crashes.

This is my mcpx that is newly converted to brushless with the wow hobbies conversion kit with 7a esc, hpo5 bl main motor, sr 120 tail with the walkera tail blade and a beat up set of kbdd main blades... I am using the microheli 300mah 35c lipos and this thing is only at 80% flat throttle curve in idle up and it's still a beast

Default Brushless mcpx flight ending with a crash

The crash looks worse than it is, just a broken blade and the canopy popped off

Here is something new to try. We tried to "stack" our mCPx's. One flying above the other. We started the flight with four, one I think crashed or something, so we had three trying to get them in a vertical line. We didn't quite make it, but it was fun trying.

Let's see some of you guys copy my idea. You can do it right side up, inverted, every other. What ever you like. I think it would look cool to have a nice "stack"

Damn, I might have to build another bird with that one.

V1 board? What kind of flight time are you getting? Was it easy setup?
