Default oversky 10a pnp esc wierd issue

Hey well lets start with i know the motor is what makes the sound when your esc is plugged in but this doesn't beep from the motor, this beeps with or without the motor connected very quietly the normal tune dee deee ddee... and thats all... i will try to see if a signal trys to enter programing mode its just quiet.. i direct solder everything BTW.... ive owned many of these convertions ..never heard of this thanks
