Default The Great White North...Gananoque Ontario Canada

I live in Gananoque Ontario Canada in the heart of the beautiful 1000 islands.

I have been flying rc planes and have had boats and cars as well. I have always admired helis but was intimidated by the mechanics of them. After alot of talk and thought i decided to take the leap.

I bought a Walkera V450D03 complete ready to go and i am teaching myself to fly with help from this site.

I am looking forward to many years of fun.

Default I am a "spaghetti" heli modeller.

I'm an italian 47 aeronautical engineer that since two year is experiencing the wonderfull heli world (I was born as airplanes modeller).
I lerned to fly helis with a second hand MCPX and now I'm "re-building" a trex 450 FBL (3gx).
For this Christmas I made a present for myself and I have bought a little DRONE (Blade 180 QX); Very Great!!!!!
Regards.

Old airplane pilot trying his hand at helis. 300X destroyed. Now have 450 X and a 500 3D. Still doing lot of SIM work and crashing at the field. A least getting good at putting them back together

Default Mr

Hi there
My name is Moe and from Auckland, New Zealand. I'm new to forum as well as RC heli. Actually my son he always likes to fly and I bought WL911 and Tarot 450 FBL for him. I fix and install Tarot 450 for him and make me more interest in RC Heli.

Default New guy here in NC

Hey there, I'm new to the forum and just wanted to let you know I'm in the Leland area of NC. Anyone else close?
I've been flying Helicopters for a few years now and am still trying to learn as much as I can. I currently fly a blade 120 sr, blade 180 qx, and a trex 450 v2. My goal is to be able to fly 3d and step up to a 700. Just wanted to say hello!

Hi, my name is David and I am from Carbon Hill, Alabama. I am a disabled vet with allot of time on my hands so since my job in the US Army was a helicopter mechanic I figured why not try rc helicopter modeling, I also have a quad. I have 2 heli's. One is a Dynam E-Razor and the other is a Align trex 450 pro dfc. I have a kds flymentor system on my Dynam and I have a 3GX version 4 on my Trex. I don't have a clue as to how to use this site, so I was hoping that someone might be able to steer me in the direction I need for my problems so as not to bother someone else in the wrong place. Thank everyone in advance for any help I might get for any help I might get to help me.

Cool Hi, Bill in Roselle, Illinois

I just got my first helicopter for Christmas. A V912 by Propel. I believe you guys call it a toy.
Being winter here my wife ordered a V911 by Wl.
I don't fly very well but am becoming the family repair shop for 2 sons and 2 grand daughters.
Anyway, learning a lot.

I wouldn't mind social media so much if it didn't involve people.

Hi everyone ,
I've been reading here for probably 5 years but now I want to get more involved so here is my fist post !.
I live in Australia but end up in the US pretty often mainly because of family (and renting planes is cheaper there ).
