Default Charging batteries Silly Maybe ???

Hi Guys
maybe a silly question BUY
While I am working (playing) on the sim, If I use rechargerble batteries in my DX6i would this recharge the batteries in it ??

Just using Alkerline batteries at the moment but thinking of going to rechargeables

Is there any advantage ??

thanks for any help
watho

Separate plug to recharge rechargeable batteries in the DX6i.

Trainer plug just takes the trainer signal, does not supply voltage.

Rechargables in DX6i are fine. Just make sure they are charged properly before going to the field (onscreen voltage).

The only problem with DX6i rechargeables is that voltage drops quickly when close to depletion. Never found it a problem if fully charged before going out when I had a DX6i.

Thanks Archmage
For the heads up
Seeing I'm spending a bit of time on the sim these days thought it might be worth while
With that info I might just stay with the alkaline batteries seeing I have a box of them
Cheers watho
