WOW, there are some nice looking charging stations here, My problem is I have enough trouble just wiring an outlet, let alone figure out all this kind of electronic stuff. I just take my I charger and clip on to the charging station at the flying field, turn it on and wait. Not bad, 6s is about the biggest batteries I use

Is anyone offering custom decks for the Rigid cases now that BumpCharger.com is shut down?

Default Post your charger case

Just finishing my latest project. This case is very small. Itíll pretty much stay in my work truck for when I travel, so I needed it to be compact, but be able to charge a couple logo 480 packs relatively quickly, running off my 2000W inverter. I can charge a 700 size pack with it if I ever need to. Just gotta tidy up the wires and screw the deck down at this point.

How did you manage to mount those ISDT chargers?

Looks like clear double sided tape if you zoom in close enough. The damn things are tricky to mount thatís for sure. Awkwardly shaped.

I mounted mine to the ABS panel with glue called E6000, and made an abs bracket to support it from the bottom. Not sure if itíll last long term or not but weíll see.

Short answer is yes - the grounds still connect through the AC mains

Yes I just used some 3M double sided tape. This thing is super strong!

My case is clearly not the neatest, but I would bet it has the best power output to size ratio of any of the cases that have been posted here.
