I'm no engineer, but just by looking at this I don't see how it wouldn't vibrate. I keep staring at that picture and it just seems all wrong. I think you are on to something. Maybe contact lynx directly with a link to this picture and see what they have to say. I wouldn't install it until I got clarification.

Good catch if it is indeed faulty!

Edit: Upon further inspection...My initial response is based on weights being off, but I think I see something.

The upper left inside (from center) looks thicker then the lower right inside. That could be what offsets the weight difference. Without someone with a good answer spelling this out, I would be worried just as you are. It could be correct though.

Yes i already contacted to Lynx but have no answer yet.

Here's an updated image. Yes, the upper left is thicker than lower right. The balance of weight is probably OK but it seems the upper arm is weaker than the lower arm.

What do you think?

His is exactly like yours. Either a bad batch or it is designed that way. Weird if that's teh case, but there might be a perfectly good explaination.

hahaha Funny. So listen. I have ordered 2 clutches. The other one has its different dimensions as well . It is not symmetrical ass well but its dimensions are different than the one in the photo. I can measure the other one too if you wish.

Yes, I would love to see it if you have time. I was asked if I was going to try this new clutch and I said I would wait until others have had a chance to test it out first.

Looks like I made the right decision. I will never be an early adopter again. My days of beta testing are over...well, until there is something really really cool that catches my eye.

I touched base with the clutch designer, he confirms that its not designed this way.

likely a manufacturing issue.

I'll have to measure the one I have later today but it looks like its lopsided as well. Doesn't have the little step on the shoe base though
