when the protos has a motor and long shaft so it is capable of running all pinons as a standard I will purchase it and also do an immediete stretch with low fbl head. I have thought about this for to long. I will give the flybar head away to who ever but I will not buy until the long standard shaft is implemented just as in the mini! So corrado when will this happen!

in fact this is already available
http://www.msheli.com/Item.aspx?IDItem=325

right now is just for 12T-13T-14T
but as you want to stretch then the max head speed will be limited to 2700rpm
and with 14T and scorpion 880kv motor you will be able to run this hs without problems

no I want the shaft in the motor when I buy it I am tired of moddifying everything but same difference. I WANT the long shaft ready to run stretched on all pinions. I dont want the friggin short shaft motor that comes with the kit. nor do I want a flybar head or moddified flybar head for fbl with a huge hole in it and way to tall. I want a true fbl kit minus the BS and so dont about 2000 other guy's. I bought the mini because its option to get to the correct fbl route was a lot easier but msh is killing me with the current kit properties. AND I refuse to buy a friggin flybar kit with crap I dont want or will use. Come on is msh gonna make us buy a flynar kit with their fbl unit also. Get real people!

Scott,
With all do respect I'm not sure a Protos is right for you... I read thread after thread where you sound so demanding and forgive me rude. Not only do I love flying my protii I enjoy working on them, seeing what new things they come up with and deciding which way I wanna go..honestly if you want a completely set up, same as everyone else helicopter go buy one there are a bunch out there. This is such a great forum where everyone tries to help but wow someone tries and you go on with the same old stuff.. Come on Scott give it a break

Scott, still no Protos? Man you are one of a kind, thank christ. I had 4 fantastic flights today on my stretched, PBL Protos 500 with kit supplied Scorpion 880 and 14T pinion and adapter.

ya man, give it up. quit beating a dead horse. I have said it before, Buy a Protos, or do not. but enough with the whining. It is seriously getting old.

And isn't the 13 and 14T smaller ID than the 15T and up, so you wont be able to run all pinions on a long shaft motor anyways...........

Scott s just buy one and set it as soon as you fly one you'll forget what you were complaining about. If you cant afford bits and pieces you're obviously in the wrong hobby.

You guy's are right and I am absolutely wrong and I apologize. I am not gonna wait anymore! so naked protos and stretch kit without blades has just been ordered! I will order low fbl head next week if I can find one in stock. As well as the long shaft for the scorpion if I can find that also. I am gonna take my time on this build as I am wringing out the stretched mini at the moment.Ya I decided I want a full protos fleet. Now where is the 600 or 700 HA!
