Default How many poles in the BL250SP motor?

I count six magnets in the can, so six poles. Can anyone confirm the pole count on the BL250SP motor?

Yeah, I think so too, but I'm not absolutely sure. There are 9 coils, so...

Inverse, didn't you say you gave up on the 250? Are you running the VBar on it, and with governor if so? That's what I'm researching here...

I'm pretty sure the magnet count doesn't necessarily reflect the pole count.

If you are trying to setup a governor, or rpm sensor, then pole count =magnet count.

Mines has only 1 pole sticking out the middle!
