Bone infection is not fun and having to go back in again is a pita. I am 6 weeks post and have been released by my doc. Two more weeks of PT and I am on my own. Wish you well on your recovery. Now if the wind would just die down, I could get some flying in.

Default naza upgrade from 330x

In the original 330x-s setup, you would detach the green gain plug, turn the gyro down, power the ESCs, then turn on your tx with full throttle. It would then enter programming mode.

How do you do the same thing with the Naza? I want to sell my GU-344, but I am wondering if I need it in order to program the ESCs.

Please advise,

I am thinking of doing the same upgrade as you.

How difficult is it to upgrade the gaui 330xs to the naza controller while keeping all other parts the same?

Is it as simple as removing the gu 344 and putting the naza on and then plugging in the esc/reciever cables that were previously plugged into the gu 344?

Is everything compatible and is it as simple as that?

Thanks

You need to calibrate your motors individually with your receiver. Note that DJI numbers its motors counterclockwise from the right front. The VU has to be connected to your lipo and now that you have your esc's calibrated, it is recommended that you remove the red wire from the connector. Connect it to the Assistant software and do the adjustments.

I have a F450 NAZA kit funds are a little tight at the moment. I own a new DEVO 7 transmitter http://www.ehirobo.com/shop/product_...ducts_id=11413 and was wondering if it would work with my new kit?. I know I will need a RX for the Devil, does anyone here know what model RX will work with the Devo7 and the F450 NAZA kit? thanks! Will this RX work with the NAZA f450?-http://www.helipal.com/walkera-devo-...tcvcepjffvg907 this receiver is listed as working with my Devo7 transmitter. This would be temporary until I save up for a better radio THANKS!

Goldsworthy, you can use a minimum of 4 channels. In the absence of a U channel the Naza will default to ATTI mode. If you don't fly in Manual, No worries.
