Flies pretty good for stock!

Love the scale look! Where did you get that fuse? I've got a couple of small Manrow fuses I'm assembling and modifying to fit this bird but it's turning out to be a PITA... I really like the MD500 on yours!

It's the nine eagles brave body and skids. See link although not where I got them from. It's a bit tight I had to lower the motor a bit to get it in.

Do you think I would have a problem trying to fit a BL mSR X in there?

Just got this today. It was a like-new stock RTF I picked up off ebay and I put the RKH swash, head, grips and CF tail fin on it.

I would imagine a BL would fit better, but I can't check as the heli and me are in different counties @ moment.
The problem I had was getting the top of the brushed motor in just where the fuse narrows. Its wider lower down where the BL would fit. Hope this helps.

Thanks man that helps alot!
Hell for $11 its at least worth a shot right?

Now can I use different landing gear? I'm running mCP X batteries so I will need to use the LG I already have, also I'm using an extended tail boom, but I can always throw my old stocker on there for this purpose...

You know the mCX 2 body its with minimal modification right? Not as cool looking but still pretty neat, flies great indoor, gets blown around a bit outside.

Ah yeah, hmm this might not be a good idea though if I'm gonna have trouble flying outside... That BL mod is so much more than stock indoors just doesn't cut it anymore!!

Nice! How did everything fit for you? Pretty much "plug and play" or did it require a few mods?

the size is perfect, however you need a few cutouts.

if you want to leve the skids as they are, like i did, you need to make some space for the motor and the board. also for one swash servo link and to the back of the swash plate. if i were to do it again, i would let the body sit further up and modify the skids so they are not to high.

the tail boom is a no-brainer. just put it inside the bodies boom. it will not be attatched to the main fraim but that is no problem. still stable enough.

i use nano 300 mah batteries.

Great minds as we say.
I dispensed with the tail boom. Carved an in-line motor mount from an old mount, stuck it to one side of the body, and simply ran the wires through the body to the board. Helps with cog.

Great job on the integration of the Bravo SX fuselage, guys!! That's one thing that I think Blade really missed the boat on. I wish there were more canopy options (esp. scale!!!) for their helis! At least the BravoSX is an option. I've seen it mounted on a MCX2 as well.

I was thinking of using this fuselage for the NCPX! I would say if it fits the MSRX, the NCPX would be no issue. This would be awesome!

Default Messing around with canopies

Had this damaged Walkera Super FP canopy, with a few cutouts for the battery and a couple of holes drilled for grommets it fitted quite nicely.
