I remember when I first started flying the MSRX...eerr, i mean when I first started to TRY to fly the MSRX I thought i would never be able to get it in a hover, much less doing FFF and funnels and things.
It's amazing how far some info and practice can take you.
Even though I fly my MCPX's most of the time now, i still love flying my MSRX and probably will for a while.
She has a bit of a bad rep, but with some practice and the right mixes on a programmable type of TX, the MSRX is a good little bird that can be a blast to fly !

Any reason for the tail fin being in the middle of the boom or was it just like that in the pic?

Just like that. Mine seems to move all over the place so I pretty much lost interest in keeping it at the back. The tail rotor likes to hit it. Idk what that's about. I guess a little glue could solve that problem.

Are you making sure the little plastic button sticking out of the fin is in the mounting hole in the tail motor mount?? If it is and it keeps popping out then, yeah, a dab of CA will do it.

That broke first battery. I was incompletely in over my head with this thing at first. Now I'm just in over my head with the mods...
