I just ordered the RJX plain jane 325 FBLs blades for $ 11.95 from Helidirect. There just plain black but I'll through some colored tape on them to bring them to life.

Thanks Ed. I do like how the yellow matches my fins and canopy.

They are true 325's from hole to tip like the Revo's and Blade's. (Other than they tip angle cut). I hope they fly as good as they look and were balanced and CG out of the box. I didn't have to do a thing. All dead on.

Its made by scorpion. I just opened up the slots a tad for it to fit. One of these. I cant remember if it was the medium or the small. Here is a link to the small:

It's amazing the difference the simple things can make. I've swapped to using Scorpion straps on all my helis, they're really good! My 450x runs 6s and it's nice to know that the slightly bigger pack is held firmly.

If you use these, make sure that you round the edges of the slot for the strap. My frame cut through the strap on last embrace with mother earth!
Thought it might be worth giving my experience of this, otherwise I like the straps good hold and grip battery well.

Default Add one Tarot canopy

Fitted a Tarot 450 fibreglass canopy today while it's wet outside. Mate gave it to me, much more solid than the fine plastic stock canopy - loose fit in standby, but holds nicely firm when a battery is loaded up.

Have it flying pretty steady now. Took the BX Manual advice for first flights and set the gyro at 62.5% so it registered at Menu E but found it sometimes tail wagged, now at 72.5% and that seems to have fixed it.

The orange tape on the boom is for orientation visibility.
