I didn't drill extra holes, but I did have to drill out the aluminum mounting blocks so the holes would be big enough for the zip ties to pass through. You kinda have to commit to it since using screws after doing this wouldn't be possible. But I love this mod so it was a no-brainer.

If you look closely you can see that I also used some small rubber donuts between the skids and the frame to lift it up a little bit and add some compression for the zip ties.

Default A little color.

Just converted it from the 3d. Got it tuned up pretty good. Put some revolution bladEs on it after this pic. The inside of the canopy is green plastidip. It was the only color I had laying around.

Nice K-rash no boom supports , is that the Lynx CF tail tube?
BTW I hope these pics were taken on a putting green because if that's your local air field during summer I'm envious. Really SA is mostly desert drown.

I crashed heavily tail in a few weeks ago with my other 450 with a Lynx CF boom.....
they are VERY strong.

How well is ur Evo canopy holding on the stock mounts? The Lynx grommets are really loose on mine. Actually one side slipped off during flight. And the canopy made mine front heavy, I prob put it on when I install the stretchkit. :-)

Holds really well...not too comfortable on the fingers when installing, but I've had no problems with it.
