i was just wondering how much movement is ok when installing the 3gx. i have put a bit of show goo on the edges as well as the sticky pad and there is no movement it is quite solid. will this create a problem on my 600n

I'm sorry I don't get it? You mean mounting it? I just placed two pads on my velocity 50 and it works well. No servo activity when snaping the throttle from vibes and the tail is totally locked.
