I like the look of yours too. I was looking for something bright, and I think your selection will work well to aid in orientation.

I got mine about 4 days after I saw the picture. That is if you paid for the 3 day shipping.

The picture doesn't do them justice because it does not have the clear coat applied. That's so if you want you can have it changed slightly.

I'll be mounting the larger HK Zippy battery later this afternoon. Looks like it wil fit easy now.

Got my Fusuno Blade 450EX Canopy with "Future " paint scheme
Gotta say iam impressed and these pictures dont do it justice. it looks alot better in person.
Will try and get some better pics of it and may try green stabilizers to see how it looks

It also has a Vent hole underneath that will help get air on the ESC for cooling

Had a chance to put a few packs through now, and really like the visibility and should be a lot more durable than stock. Think will be ordering 1-2 more in different paint schemes, was worth the wait

I got my unpainted 450EX canopy in about a week. Not sure what pissed off looking bird I am going to paint on it, but I will come up with something. Given the shape of the canopy, I might just have a lawn-dart air-brushed on it. Should be fairly obvious the meaning of that

Well I just placed my order with Fusuno, made some slight changes to their designs. Will report back when I get them, hopefully it won't take over a month........

Nice... I had the Lightning Sky scheme on my 6HV and really liked it. Unfortunately, it looks like this now...

I received my Fusuno stuff yesterday and it I really like it. I posted these in the 450X pictures thread, too, but figured I'd put them here as well since it's relevant to this thread...

That came out awesome, that was actually one of my choices as well. The orange fins really complete the look!

I have really enjoyed seeing the Fusano canopies some of you have posted here. I can seeing buying one or more for myself down the road. You have some really nice looking helicopters......so I asked the question about the 450EX designation today and got an answer from Fusano today as follows:

Hi Jon,
Thank you for contacting us. Please allow me a few seconds to explain you how we call it Blade 450EX instead of Blade 450X.
This is the completely new shape canopy from Fusuno which is not the stock Blade 450X canopy. It's designed to enlarge the size of the canopy in order to provide more room for bigger batteries for extra flights which seems to be impossible for stock canopy. And the term EX is not only used for Blade 450EX but for other new shape canopies also.
Hope you will accept this explanation from me and looking forward to working with you in the near future.
Regards
Hachi

here is a side by side of the stock 450 canopy next to the fusuno blade 450ex to get a idea of size

Got mine in last week, ABSOLUTELY LOVE FUSUNO Canopies. Well worth the wait. I painted my skids, tail blades, tail & fin for the blade 450X with tamiya PS-24 Neon Orange paint and BOY does it make a difference. It has a trex 500 visability now from 100+ feet where as the first day I flew that blue/black canopy I almost crashed it 60 feet out wondering which way it was facing.

Here are my birds. Love the Infinate fire you see a bright Yellow when its facing towards you and a Nice bright Orange under the nose when its inverted towards you.

Shots 4-5 are with the Blade 450 inferno I used before the Fusuno canopies arrived. Works a lot better than the black/blue stock one. Shot 4 was with flash shows how it glows when the sun hits it. really stands out up there.

Awesome scheme. I just had to email them to get the EX changed to blades X logo after seeing yours! I am getting the Jolly Bee with the beast x logo on the bottom.

Really quite interested in ordering a few of these. I could only find one design for the canopy on Fusano's website. Where did you find the one called Infinite Fire and Inferno? It looks like you can email them and have the logo say Blade 450X instead 450EX.

+1

Unless you want the stock Pineapple paint job, do you have to email your order in?
