Oh, of course, how silly of me to not remind them...

Okay, I've ordered two - Infinite Fire and Red Racing. I've asked for the graphics to read 450X and to ensure that rubber mounting grommets are included. I've done this in all 4 emails. I will let you know how it turns out for me. We are dealing with a different country and english as a second language. And I don't mean that in any sort of derogatory way. I can only speak one language and have been hopeless at learning others.

So I have the upmost respect for those that can speak more than one, even if the second language isn't perfect. Better than I can do.

I just ordered 2 canopies on 6/13/12.....and I specifically asked them if they could include grommets with my canopies.......and they said NO....they don't include grommets.....

Now this was via their LiveZilla chat agent....so who knows?

I just wish they would include grommets.....lol

I didn't get a ship notification, but the canopies arrived safe and sound today (06/25/12). So that's 17 days from payment to receipt, which is not bad at all IMHO. That was for two canopies as well, so they had to do both before they shipped.

I'm very pleased with with the canopies! They look great, and I'm sure I'm going to have a much easier time seeing the 450X now without that blue and gray canopy!

I'll try to post some photos later.

Looks like you and I have similar taste!

These look better in person than these photos show. I'll try to get some better shots tomorrow with natural light.

Brian, your canopies look awesome......

I ordered the same canopy paint schemes....2 each.....

Except, instead of "EX", I ordered "X"......They even sent me pics to ensure that it was what I wanted.....

Now if your order was completed in 17 days ( and I agree that for custom painting that's outstanding).....and they received my order on June 13th.......then I hopefully will have them before this weekend........YeeHaa!.......

Fusuno does a great job for sure! I'm very pleased, and the wife even gave them a big thumbs up.

I actually ordered "X" instead of "EX" as well, but there was some miscommunication somewhere. After I saw the proof photos for the canopies, I decided not to worry about it and hold the order up while they reworked them, so I approved the order as-is. But if I had to fault Fusuno anywhere, it would be the ordering process. I wish the website was built in a way that you could pick from a list of paint schemes, and choose options. It would go a long way in preventing misunderstandings. But I'm happy, so not much of a rant here from me.

I agree with you on the ordering process......and we will have to be aware of their holidays that are unfamiliar to us.....

But now, they are communicating a lot better.....

You helped me out....lol...I sent them an email with a link to your canopy pics....

and told them.....this is what I want.....with "X" instead of "EX"......

that simplified the ordering process......

In my last email correspondence, they implied that given the influx of orders for these paint schemes, that the paint artist is flattered, and ....... all kidding aside....these schemes for the 450X/EX will now be in their general inventory.......

Update on my Fusuno canopies order....

They sent me a UPS tracking number....and my canopies have cleared customs in Anchorage, AK and have departed....should be receiving them on July 2....in time for the 4th...

I was notified of their receipt of my payment on June 14th......they sent me pics to ensure what I ordered was what I wanted.......

For 4 custom painted canopies......made in VN.....I am fully satisfied with the lead-time on such custom orders......18 days....very reasonable......

I think any misunderstandings is ours, to a certain extent....as we, in general, are unaware of their national holidays which don't coincide with ours.......If an order is placed on those holiday dates, there will be a significant delay.....

Also, these canopy schemes will now be included in their general inventory, according to Hachi...and I informed him of the upcoming 500X....which might have the same issues with the stock canopy.

Also(2), all one has to do to order a custom Fusuno canopy....is to simply supply a link to your favorite paint scheme.....or point to ANY of theirs...regardless of the size/brand of heli...

Just mention for instance...I want this Logo 600 scheme on a 450X canopy....and they can do it for you...
