Default dfc problem

I flew a lipo a forgot to charge and had a rough auto, it did not look that bad it landed and tipped over. I broke one of the so called turnbuckles and replaced it. now the swash is 100% leveled and the only way i can get zero pitch on both blades is the way shown in picture. that is a big diffrence.

Hard to tell from the pic, but one blade looks like it has positive and the other negative.

Collective stick is in the middle 50 IN/ 50 OUT, linear pitch curve?

Have you tried a half turn with the turn buckle? It has finer threads then the plastic ball link.

1/2 turn does not close the gap.

Okay, you must be trying to show the difference between how far the ball links are threaded on.

Just make sure nothing is bent.

+1 Try replacing the feathering shaft.

Either the bladegrip arm is bent or the made new turnbuckles.. i would worry about it when they are both at 0 pitch.

Arms are bent, CNC bolts could be bent, look at the left linkage, it is pulled out. Check the swash arms if they are bent.

Default Bent

The arm was bent and so was the cnc bolt. I really can't believe the arm bent it really was not that bad. I guess with the rigid head design crash will be getting more expensive.
