make it so the LINKS are 90 not the servo wheel!
when the two horns are connected they should be 90 to eachother after that study the vidoes alittle more for setting up the carb

Yes. Due to the horns being at a different height, the rod will be at an odd angle. The rod should be 90 degrees to both horns.

Default I have a question

Has anyone used the Align DS620 servos on cyclic I think they will do all I can do with them but I also want to be able to grow with them. Tell me what you think and I would really like to hear your opinion Mr Finless.

from the spec that Align Taiwan gave, it should work fine with the cyclic on 600 'coz they also state that on the DS620 spec page. check them out at Align.com.tw
if Align said it will work, then it will, but not sure if Lukas, Alan or Duncan use them on their heli on a competition
(sorry BAD english.... )

Hi Bob,

Until now, I was a big admirer of electric heli's. And I already have 3 T-rex 600 electric. I use to make aerial movies, not 3D. Can you help me please to understand how to make conversion between T-rex 600 electric and T-rex 600 nitro. The reason is, after this conversion I'll try the conversion to T-rex 600 gasser. Way much longer flight times. So I already have one T-rex 600 electric ready for disassamble. I must find what parts I need to replace exactly. I belive it must be the frame for shure and other distancers and probably many other parts. In user manual, dimensions are not shown by Align. At least not all. Trying to keep at least as much parts I can from one of my T-rex 600 electric. Like the head (swashplate, flybar cage, etc.) and the boom (hub, blades, links, etc.) I try at Align team, but no response. I'll appreciate your help. Btw, all your vids are absolute incredible. Every one, including training. I can say you are my first heli teacher.
Thank you in advance!

I have never even looked at a conversion. However PM John (HF user Mercuriell) as at one time he posted on how to do a conversion and whats was needed.

Thank you Bob. I purchased a 600N, and I wasn't afraid to buy my first nitro because I knew I would learn a hell of a lot from your videos. I'm downloading all of them now as I wait for my heli to arrive.
