Hello Ladies and Gents,
I appreciate your community and allowing me the opportunity to join, thank you. A brief background on myself, I spent a few days in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman, "GHOST6" was a call-sign of mine. I lost my right hand to an IED in Iraq several years ago and decided to get involved in RC as a way to gain better control of my left hand. I was a Righty before. While undergoing rehab at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, I was given a Tamiya RC car to build and that set the hook. I started flying RC Helicopters late January, 2012. Since then I have moved to flips, rolls, piro-flips, etc. Not sure I'd call it 3D yet, I'll say its loosely associated with 3D. More like barely controllable chaos with the occasional awesome maneuver that LOOKS like i knew and meant to do it. I very much enjoy the hobby and I hope to be involved for sometime.
I currently fly an SAB Goblin, T-Rex 600EFL and T-Rex 450 pro v2. I mostly fly in the Reno area and the Western States.
I look forward to flying with you ladies and gents.
Thank You,
Rob Evans
U.S. Army (RET)

Hi Rob and welcome to Helifreak. Life can be full of twists and turns. The strongest adapt and move on . Certainly sounds as if you've got yourself a grasp on this heli hobby so many of us enjoy. Lastly, thank you for service to this great country we love. Good luck with your flying.

Thank you, Gents.
Ill be at the Reno Rotary Rendzevous on Sunday. I have a Goblin that needs an initial test flight as well as show it off a tad so hopefully Todd will sell more Raffle tickets (theres a Goblin being raffled). Myself and a couple other ReadyHeli and HeliDirect Field Reps are also attending.
Look forward to flying with you guys and gals.
