Default Microheli swash separation ??

Hello, I installed a microheli swash on my msr a couple weeks ago along with all new links because i had really bad TBE. After the install I still couldn't get it to fly so I ordered all the rakon parts for above the swash and still couldn't get it to fly any good. I then replaced the frame, bearings and main shaft and then I went to put it all together I noticed that the microheli swash separates. I tried pushing it back together but it just comes right back apart. It's the plastic/nylon part in the middle that lifts up and onto the main shaft.

Has anyone else had this problem ? Any suggestions on what I should do? Anyone have a pic of a new one so I can see if mine is possible missing something that keeps it together. Haven't called the local hobby shop yet but I thought maybe they would exchange it since but it's been 3 weeks since I bought it. I also thought about emailing microheli to see if they might send me a replacement but haven't had time to look them up.

Let me know what you all think.
Thanks,
Jon
