You can always get the KDS 600 tail. It's cheap, but bullet proof and fits.

How do you guys route and secure the left cyclic servo cable to keep it from clashing with the elevator servo arm and linkage? It's probably the same in all the 500-600 size Logos, right?
Thanks.
i just leave it loose enough so that the elevator arm will not snag on it.

Hmmmmm.....
Thinking about fixing it to the back of the servo somehow (1010 tape maybe) and running it down to a point below the arm then out to the VBar. Think I'd rather be paranoid than sorry.

Tail and main blades were carefully balanced with my Kohl Rotor Pro and this was the heli's 112th flight.

What else broke in the crash?

Same in all of them, yes.

I drill a couple small holes on the opposite side (behind the right cyclic) and loop a zip tie through the holes. Then I use that zip tie as a wire guide. If I feel like it I tighten it down, but that's not necessarily needed - just being there will keep things from moving much. Obviously getting that zip tie in there is considerably easier if done before the frame sides are put together.

Yeah, it's really clean. The previous owner bought it in December 2014 and obviously didn't put many flights on it (and/or cleaned it up really good). I'm really happy with it.

Clean is over rated! Here is my 480 after some inverted corn trimming tonight.

Just kidding though. Your 550 looks great.

Thanks. We got the tail boom covers from Heli Centre Berlin in Germany. They fit like a glove and are brilliantly made. They totally transform the look of the Heli and are available for the 550, 600, and 690. Absolutely love them
