You need to set the port to EX Bus, not SBus. Be sure and select the Jeti receiver type in the Brain software.

You might have to update the receiver

Yep, that was my next suggestion. I had to update mine to the latest firmware before the Brain showed up in device explorer.

You may also have to do a telemetry re-scan in the transmitter Dan.

If channel data is working (e.g. the sliders move on Pg. 5 of the Ikon Wizard); but the integration does not; then it’s very likely the RX needs an update.

I did exactly the same thing when I bought my Jeti and receivers! I feel your pain.

On rex's it's E1,E2 etc not EXT you connect to on the Rx, is r5 the same?. You have to set the appropriate port to exbus, can be done via the Tx.

One more thing to check is that you have the .bin file for Ikon. Should be available for download on their website and should match your Ikon firmware version. This file should be placed in the 'devices' directory on the TX.

R5s don’t have E1/E2 ports. The only option is the Ext. Port. All my Heli’s are set up on the Ext. Port.

The only time I’ve had an issue is during my transmitter demo when they sent an RX with outdated firmware.

Under ‘Serial Link’ I set it to ‘EX Bus’

I’ve tried plugging the Ikon2 into all the different RX ports, including the EXT port but I can’t see any signal at the Ikon2. I’m plugged into CH-3 of the Ikon2

Is there another setting I need to apply? Or is the old firmware the problem?
REX receivers are different:

Based on recent experience, a firmware update for the r5l is required for this to work.

Get the Jeti USB adapter.
