Default Align 800L torque tube with 700e?

So I had a little accident with my Align 800 Upgrade Tail Assembly H80001 and needed to replace the torque tube that came with the kit. I ordered a trex 800L torque tube thinking that it would work...... I was wrong. The torque tube from the trex 800L is to long. It doesn't appear that they sell the replacement torque tube for the upgrade kit seperately So I will have to shell out $40 for the whole kit again just to get the tube. My question is, Can I put an 800L tailboom on a 700e without issue? I would rather just swap out the boom and tube to the 800L.

Not that straight forward, as the diameter of the boom is bigger so you need the tail gearbox PLUS the front tail case assembly.

if you are using H80001, then I dont think you need anything else since the boom diameter is 21.5 which is the same as the stock 700e boom

let me know how it goes, I am also thinking about doing the stretch
