Thanks Allen.
I planed on just hovering. Then when it was so locked in and stable. I threw it in my head it was a 3D simulator program to keep my cool and wits about me and not freeze up or freak out, and just cut loose as you hear the guys in background.

How was the tail behaving? Can't see it in the video, but it sounds like the tail has a bit of gyro chatter to it.

Couple short vids...I the first one the gyro was set way too high, had to land and readjust. It was a bitch trying to land that thing with the tail bouncing around like that.

Everything started out fine and OK or even GREAT. I was a "Bone Head" when I made the tail post question. Think it was pre flight jitters. After this re-build. I'm chasing down that chatter you hears. Tail was holding/acting great. I have 2 main gear stripped teeth area's so I'm not sure if I stripped the small area flying and then another big area in crash or if both came in crash.

Couple more vids coming up....
On a side note:
Before yesterday, I was trying to get video while standing behind the camera and with the heli tail in. Can't really see much in the way of what the heli is doing once the video is posted. I decided to put the camera on the tripod exactly 90* (to the left) from where I was standing. This way I can still stand behind the heli with tail in but the camera catches the action from the side. Once I get comfortable enough with maneuvers in all directions I guess it won't matter where I put the camera.

Vids forthcoming:

We've had so much rain in MS lately you can't run a lawn mower over it, it gets stuck!

The flight before the crash yesterday. Watch in HD and full screen, I was quite high for most of it and flying pretty far out some times. Doesn't help it was filmed with a phone.
