Don't fly mine much but last week I practised for my bronze/silver wings in the street and was great for that.
Seems to have developed a slight tail kick - one per flight. Static maybe? Pretty dry air here in winter.

Rating needed to fly unsupervised at a club. Pretty basic stuff.

Thought I had the warp settled, but broke both zeal tail blades in flight at the same time. Split at the root. I'm going to have to balance the tail assembly. Any tips?

Did you see any vibes before this happened? One would think that if you had enough vibes to snap the tail blades, you'd surly see the tail fin vibrating big time and land.

I've see where folks were saying that Zeal mains had quality issues. Maybe you had junk tail blades.

I'd personally take off all the blades, spool it up and hold onto it. You should feel any vibes. I have spooled up with the tails on, but I'm not going to recommend that to you (as it can be dangerous). If it feels smooth, make sure to weight and balance tail blades before you put them on. Did you weigh the tail blades to see if they were even?

When I bought my warp used, it had tail vibes. Turns out the person I bought it from had two different tail blade holders on. Early run warps had a thinner plastic on the tail blade holders. He had one new and one old. Once I switch to all new, thicker vibes were gone. Dunno about the age of yours, but something to look out for.

The tail wasn't vibing too bad. It looks like an older warp. I might just buy new tail blades grips too see. When I put some plastic KBDD blades on after my tail vibe came back.

If you have an accurate scale, just take the grips off and check the weights of each.

Conversely, take off everything but the tail shaft. Start it up and check for vibes/straightness. Then start adding things back by and check for vibes each time.

With my mismatched grips, I could definitely see vibes in the tail fin. On a Warp without issues, that tail should be nice and smooth.

I did a bit of that before. No vibes without tail blades. I'll spool it up again without the blade gross to see if that helps.

Vibration in the tail WILL NOT cause the main blades to fail.

How are you measuring the vibration?

Make sure that the tail hub is not bent-I had that on Warp #2, which I purchased used.

Good point by GravityJunkie regarding the tail blade grips-there have been two versions for the Warp. The second version is beefier and stronger than the first.

I have KBDD's on both of my Warps with no issues at all.

I love the bright orange KBDD tails. They pop nicely for my eyes.

The main blades didn't fail, the tail blades did. But once I put KBDD blades on, the tail vibe that had been fixed with some tape on a blade, came back.

I think the only thing really left to do is replace the whole tail assembly with new parts.

For the last month and a half I have been waiting for parts.

I broke (well I never found it) the tail control arm (10-8003) in a crash and ordered it from a german shop the same day with some other stuff. Even if it was supposed to be in stock and actually it's still green in their site they only partially fulfilled my order. Also they don't answer any of my emails...

So now I'm starting to lean towards other brands for my small heli.

Mind sharing which shop ?

Many (most?) shops have no own stock but rely on the distributor,
and the European distributor doesn't seem to have solid stock themselves

The way this is going there's soon gonna be just Align and SAB in ordinary hobbyshops..
..and I'm not so sure about Align, local distributor hinted at problems...

Fast-lad and eRC are clearing out Compass stock, sadly not much left.

I got two sets of 10-8003 from another shop that cleared out,
if you can't find it elsewhere, PM me and I'll send you a set
(original bag is gone though)

SE-Helistore. I sent them email today to cancel the order and refund but no answer yet. I'll give them couple of days before paypal dispute.

I had similar issue with Moses Modelbau with another part but that order is already canceled and refunded.

Thanks for your offer but I ordered from RC711 couple of days ago and they shipped yesterday so I might get them before winter if I'm lucky

Put the warp in the air after a month and a half with the heli layed of.
I thought the cause for two unwanted rolls in different occasion was a bent swash, and i ordered one. The one i got was so notchy that i didn't even needed to open the bag, just like the one I got from fast lad leftover.
It's a shame how parts like these go out to costumers. Notchy beyond description. As there was no swash in Europe, i got a X3 swash to see if it fits.
But after a bit of investigation, i found three things wrong with the head.
Too stuck center ball on the compass swash, new style links a bit to meaty at extreme angles on the swash, and both bolts on the pitch arms were bent.
Adressed all these issues and now the head tilts much smoother and the heli flies perfectly again.
Had a blast yesterday, watching stunts that I'm struggling a bit on the 360 sport being done easy on the warp, like piro tictoc.
A flying gem it is

Have you tried to lube the bearings ?

I've found sometimes when buying old stock that the grease have hardened and bearings feel like they're full of grit...

Putting in fresh lube usually softens/flushes the grease.

Had my first flight since July with the Warp yesterday.

The new 2.1.0 FW in the SpiritPro is sweet, flies like on rails

I tried everything with the first swash from fast lad, about 4 months ago . This time I was more cautious and felt the huge notchiness and stuck swash. Unbelievable, really .
Went straight for a refund, never had a notchy swash from other mfg not even from the lowest spec brands.
It's flying great with the old swash, but will test the x3 when I get it, ability to change bearing is a plus.

True, not even the swash on my Chase - that were assembled with a sledgehammer - had any grit in the bearing...centerball was another story

Got two old stock swashes for my Trex 450 V1 and it's the opposite problem, they're so sloppy they're unflyable

...and they use some nonstandard size that's impossible to get elsewhere

One of the reasons I gave up on Align...
