Thanks. I can't take credit for the editing. Google did that.

You have a fun but safe New Years also.

Hey Rich. I have a question. Maybe you can pass it along. Why doesn't Lynx make anything for the Blade 500's? Just picked up up and love it! but it definetely leaves room for aftermarket needs!

Happy New Year! To Bigger and sturder things in 2014!

I really don't know. I can ask. May be that there wasn't enough call to justify all the backing to bring parts out and support them.

450 size is very popular and the 550X and up are a whole different quality and has a fan base to support them.

Maybe the Blade 500 size don't have a big enough fan base. I will ask Luca about this though.

I'm a fan and a pretty big guy at heart Thanks man! If the only thing that got developed was an adapter so deferent servos could be mounted, he's be doing a big favor for alot of people!

Servo issue was one on my list in deciding between a 500X and the 550X.

So I know were you are coming from.

Hi Rich, thanks for your support.

500x have really low low sale and is really not convenient for us start upgrade foe this Heli.
I am really sorry if in this moment we decide to follow other heli that can be a stable platform for our investment.

This doesn’t means Lynx will never do it, but for the moment we are so busy with other heli project and we will back on the 500x asap.

Thanks to explain it to the pretenders.

Luca
I'm not sure if something was lost in translation or not, but the general answer is in there.

Have a great New year, and I hope the weather gets warmer soon for you. It was 117 degrees F here the other day, but today we have a Tropical Cyclone(hurricane) coming through our area, so it is nice and cool. Happy new year.

Flying temps huh? You mean warm enough for the heli? Or warm enough for you, the pilot? This much I can tell you, if it's sunny outside and little to no wind, I'm out there moving the sticks around. It really only gets down into the low 30's and high 20's here in Charlotte, NC, but I just bundle myself right up and head on out to the field across the street.

Way to cold for me and windy.

You fly in -15 plus wind chill with -30, but better de-ice the blades first.

I'll wait for spring. Wife is going 2nd shift so I'll get more fly time during prime times of day.
