That's not right. Please give product support a call. They should have been to you days ago.

Not sure in your country for parts availability, but most parts are back in stock at horizonhobby.com

the support guy said he could give me 2 choices,he would look into why I hadn't received them or he could just send me some. I said do whatever you feel is best and he sent me a set of new spindles which include the new washers, which are a lot beefier I must say.

Any news on getting these replacements outside the US? I've checked on HH/UK's website (www.horizonhobby.co.uk) and there's no mention of the recall whatsoever?

Uk and De both have the washers, I had them sent there quite a while ago. Just give them a call and ask.

Turns out HH/UK put the updated washers in all the 700X kit/combos before they sent them out to shops. Just checked, and mine has the little green sticker which apparently shows it's got the replacement washers in the kit.

Happy days ...

Worryingly, on the phone, I was told that the replacement washers would be in the box. However, it looks to me like the originals are still in there? How can I tell if the washers are the faulty ones or the replacement ones?
