Default X3 with Icon cyclic oscillation

on my x3 I Lowered the Head speed from 3100 to 2600 and now I have a case of the shakes..

What could be the issue? heli or FBL I'm just lost. I had no issues at 3100 bedsides battery life.

Don't ya think 2600 is kinda low for 250S?
2 posts with battery life mentioned, how long you flying

You might try lowering cyclic gain to see if it helps. Any chance the shakes were already there but at high headspeed may have looked like a slight vibe instead of a shake?

Wobbles are usually a cyclic gain issue or imbalance somewhere. Can also happen if one of your servos is getting twitchy but would be intermittent and violent shakes if that's the case

I don't think the shakes had been there.. gain is at factory settings. heli is almost new with less than 50 flights.

What dampers are you running? Too hard of a damper or worn out dampers can cause the shakes at low head speed, too soft with longer blades also. The head can be like figuring out what gyro pad runs best on the fbl unit. Do you have vibration monitoring where you can do some trouble shooting?

Does the spindle move kind of freely in the dampeners?

IE, did you lube them?

Try going a little lower or a little higher than 2600. Some helis just have an rpm band where they don't like and will oscillate.
