Experience RC only shows 695 mm ? You would think they would want to sell them?

They have 715 mm VBlades. Has anyone tried these ?

I have 715 Vblades on my Raptor G4.1. They are awesome blades! Very cool looking and perform great! The rotor disk recovers very quickly from a loaded condition. Very quick on the cyclic as well. I wouldn't consider these a speed blade, but they are quick nonetheless.

I'd like to try them but they never come back in stock, and I'm on notify lists so I just assume there is a manufacture issue? Rediculous really...

We really like the Helix blades. I think the wait will be worth it. I am sure they will be back in stock soon.

I picked up a couple of sets of Helix blades this weekend at Bham. These blades are the perfect balance of stability and cyclic speed. I would say theyre as stable as a Rail blade, but yet as quick cyclic as an Edge SE blade. I haven't done too many autos yet with them, but I did notice in one auto that they do loose headspeed a little faster than say a Rail does. As far as "pop" goes they may not "pop" as loud as what an Edge blade does, but they bite harder than an Edge blade does. The disk loading is very very low on these blades which makes doing directional changes silky smooth. As of right now I don't think any blade on the market compares to Helix!

I sent him a message via Facebook a week ago about availability, and he hasn't answered yet. I'm assuming they are having problems.

There hasn't been any stock since WAY into last year that lasted for more than 10 minutes somewhere. They are a joke at the moment... However good or bad they are never hanging stock anywhere makes them of no concern...

I wish Nick could get a normal regular supply of them made. As good of a pilot as he is so far his foray as a business man speak for itself...

I'm interested in trying Helix and Cyclone blades but so far Helix seem to be unobtainium.

Please do some research before trashing a good name like that.

Nick Maxwell talks about Helix Rotor blades for 2014 (14 min 39 sec)

On another note, once I save up a little cash so I can buy things for myself again... I will only fly Helix blades. Nick has always been my favorite pilot, second to Curtis. They are both awesome people, and I fully intend to support Nick and Vic in the small way that I can. (Hint.. Nick you need a Northeast region pilot rep??? )
Plus, they make awesome blades. From what it sounds like, Vic will now be making the blades fully from scratch. That's hugely encouraging.

Handmade in USA baby.
