![]() I have had the 350 qx for a few weeks and until last night haven't been able to get it to arm (start the props). I redid the settings in my DX8 a few times and read lots of comments about the throttle trim.
![]() What I should have done was call HH and I'm sure they would have helped me. ![]() What fixed my arming issue was the rudder travel. I adjusted the rudder travel % from 100 to 120% and now ![]() I have since gone back and tried to adjust it down but it consistently arms at the 120% |

Hi, I enjoyed your test video, but, I'm wondering how many times you ran the test with the GoPro attached? Seems that you did one test with the camera attached and found the accuracy to be unacceptably far away, approximate 20 feet or so. The next two or three tests, without the camera, the Return to Home landing was within 2 feet or so. I just wonder if carrying the camera actually had anything to do with Return to Home accuracy or not or if you just got lucky without the camera attached. My understanding of non-military GPS units is that 20 feet accuracy is really good. I would expect that if this Quad landed anywhere from 2 to 20 feet away, even 30, from the home position, it did really well. I'm guessing that the results would typically be random and you may have two or three landings, in a row, that were very close to the home position, and then one or two or several that are 20 or even 30 feet away. Anyway, I'd be interested in knowing more about your testing methods and what your thoughts are on GPS accuracy. I leave near a lot of trees, when I get a 350QX it would be nice to know if the Return to Home feature will bring in down in my fairly small clearing. I did enjoy your video, very through and well done, thanks for sharing.

![]() If you ever have to disconnect motors and or escs and have problems. Try the motor reassignment. You tube blade 350qx motor assignment procedure. Very easy.

![]() Improving 'park flyer' limited RC range by extending aerial outside the body - doubles the range test distance, so hopefully will have similar improvement on full range.

![]() This is a simple one.
When taking the body shell off 1st put a rubber band around each arm. This will secure the two half's as you remove the 34 1.5mm screws. I found myself turning the QX over as I dealt with each screw on the bottom shell and if not careful components will try to escape from the inside. ![]() |

![]() Does any one have a picture where they've drilled a hole presumably in the bottom of the motor pod to make it possible to apply some dry lube to the bottom bearing on these stock motors? I've installed my cnc prop adapters and it looks like we'll have to take them off to lube up the top bearings. Sure wish smallpartscnc would have put a small slot in the bottom of the adapters to be able to get some lube to the top bearing without having to take them off.
