Default No flying after calibration

My new 180 QX HD was flying great with the exception of my not being able to trim with any luck whatsoever. However, never once was I unable to fly the drone. I followed calibration steps and ever since, it has not once responded to the throttle (ie it has not flown). I have repeated calibration several times...no change. The LEDs do respond to the controller (ie I can bind the controller, calibrate, etc), however, the drone will not respond to throttle.

Any ideas? Any factory reset?

**Update...turned trims on throttle down several notches from middle and then it responded again**

The RTF controller that came in the box. The calibration guide says to set all trims to medium/middle settings...which I did by counting down 10 presses from either the full up or full down extreme (respectively). What the calibration guide (and several videos of the calibration procedure) doesn't tell you is that for some users the throttle trim has to be moved several notches off of medium/middle AFTER calibration in order to get throttle to respond again. The calibration instructions that Horizon provides make no mention of the possibility of throttle not responding post calibration. In fact, the instructions for calibrating in stability mode guide you to bring the drone to hover during the middle of the calibration procedure as part of the calibration process (without mentioning that throttle may not work at all).

I found the tip on getting throttle to respond again tucked in another section of the instruction booklet.

Thanks for reply by the way.
