I can't measure mine right now. Those should fit, but they'll probably be a pain to get in and out. I run Pulse 6S 5000mAh 65C in mine and the dimensions for those are 160mm x 45mm x 51mm. Your battery dimensions are 138.59mm x 42.78mm x 63.2mm so yours 'should' fit if you lay them down on the short side. I don't think they will fit the other way, though, because my Pulse batteries are pretty tight.

Finally flew mine...

Stock airframe and blades.
AR7200BX + satellite
Spektrum 6200's on cyclic
Spektrum 6210 on tail
Castle Ice 120HV
EFlite 600 heli motor
EFlite 2S 1300 for receiver
Pulse 6S 5000 45C

Flew nicely for the first 4:45 then the tail broke loose... Landed no problem, but had to clean and re-loctite the tail control slider... Can't wait to get it back in the air, I really like the sound this heli makes.

I've been thinking of getting an agile 5.5. I have a scorpion hk3 4025 650 laying around for it on 12 or 10s, don't know yet.
I was thinking of running a yge 90 hv on that. You guys think it would do the job? Or better go with a 120?

On 12s you can go with an 90 Amps ESC and you are even save for 600mm blades.

UPDATE: After 2 shutdowns I have changed my setup.
Combo kit.
Stock KDS motor changed to Scorpion 4025 890 kv
20 tooth pinion changed to 21 tooth pinion
Castel Edge 100
8s 4000 Sky Lipo
2s 800 receiver pack
Stock KDS EBAR v2
Stock RJX 550 main blades
Stock KDS 92 tail blades

Idle up 1 2450
Idle up 2 2750 changed to 2650
I get about 4- 4.5 minutes
The machine is now not bogable. It has insane power. I have said it before this heli does not need an esc bigger than 100 amps using 8 or more cells..
I fly a combination of 3D and Big Air.

Setup for my first 5.5(now sold to a friend)

Mini vbar ( mounted on top of the boom mounts on a carbon plate)
Mks servos 6v servos ( can't remember exactly which ones)
Futaba bls 251 tail servo
Gryphon bec
Ice2 hv 120 esc
Quantum 560kv 12s motor
2x zippy 6s 2650's
Rail 556s

Got about 3:30 of decent 3d, unboggable power! HS at 2500

New 5.5 ( realized I really missed this Heli, and should have kept my previous one on 6s so I could share packs with my 7.2, nothing worse than when the 7.2 shreds a belt and I'm stuck with big charged packs!)

Full size blue line Vbar ( sensor up front, and main unit on a carbon tray above the tail boom - man, I wish KDS made this mod to the kits!! Gives such a better set of mounting options.)

Jr 8717hv servos
Align HV tail servo
stock kds motor
Castle talon 120hv esc (using its BEC)
6s 5000 gens ace 65c
Stock blades ( for now really like rails!)

Should make a good back up and second Heli. Once Im sure the belt issues are done with on the 7.2 ( did the big belt upgrade and have been having good luck since) I'll probably convert this one to 12s and really thinking about stretching it .

They will fit just fine.. Just place them in width wise.. I have some that I fly in my 5.5... My bottom plate is not screwed down and I treat it like a battory tray.. getting the 5300Mah pack in and out are not a problem
