Default Superframe STK ??

Anyone know of a way to get an under the boom gyro mounting with this frame? I haven't bought one yet, but will likely be doing so soon.

So, frame is on the way. is it feasible to mount the gyro inside the frame on the bottom tray underneath the tail drive gear?

i'm in the same boat as you, my frame is on the way. I think you can mount your gyro in either place.

Rdlohr (rick) from here at the Freak sells a nice mount for the gyro to be hung under the boom block for a few dollars.

His website is http://www.wavelandps.com/clearly/ but you can just PM him for one

He also sells them through readyheli.

Hi Guys,

I used one of the blue metal spacers and drilled two new holes underneath the boom and simply screwed the small battery plattform on there. If that makes sense.
Works great and didn't cost anything.

Default gyro mount

I have the hdx450se and I have my 401 down where the gentleman before has his receiver. I am happy with how it is working out, very effective and safe
