Default Hitec 5245 servo question

The servo is working fine but once I turn the power of in my trex 500 I can not move the servo arm although I can move the arms for the other two remaining servos . Any reason why this is happening.. Do I need to change the servo..?
Thanks a lot

You better check the gears. I had one doing that and it eventually failed due to a bad gear.
