Found some little rubber "feet" that slide on over the white nut nice and snug! They slide off and on easy enough, but are snug enough to not fall off. I think they look o.k. too!

Good luck smitty!

My sport props just showed up today so I'll be right behind you! I'm feeling optimistic today so I'm waiting for all six of my batts to charge before I head to the schools' field for a go at some "3D".

I Just started using this FancyFoam frame this weekend even though I've had it for awhile......it is a very well done kit! I like my PFG CF because it's lighter, but if this FancyFoam design was replicated in CF I'd be all over it! I'm sad I did not try the frame earlier, it's very well thought out and produced.

Is that fancyfoam frame heavier than stock

BrainDrainDX did a post on the weight comparison at one point... I want to say it's the same weight as stock, maybe like 1g heavier with the top plate, don't quote me though. My fancyfoam frame as you see it, with no LG and no batt weighs in at 149.2....my folding frame 200 without battery is 138g.

Is grass stained o.k? That was awesome! Three batteries, and only two (minor) unscheduled landings. First shot in stagility was just weird but I caught it. Definately not like a CP heli. Before long I was hovering inverted and it was pretty easy actually. I learned quickly that you have to be ahead of yourself with the throttle a little bit, and then you won't lose altitude so much.
Switch to agility: WOW! Way smoother! Tricky still, to catch it in time, but its just the way to go! This is where the 2 unsheduled landings came in. Straight to the ground upside down . I figured, o.k. I'll just walk over there calmly and pick up the pieces and go home. But she was fine! Grass on the ballfield was mowed about a week ago so, its had time to grow a bit. Crash (...ahem...) unscheduled landing #2. My fault, over reacted and again upside down HARD in the grass. Again, no damage. I check the props and the frame for cracks bends and such, nothing! BUT...then I look at the front left prop...... the nut was gone. Yup it was gone and the prop stayed on! I saw someone mention this as a potential problem with the changing of direction, and yup it happened. Luckily I had spares! I know I checked them twice before flying. (I always do) especially new props.
Overall a great experience! Can't wait till tomorrow! OH! I figured something out...not sure if everyone knows this but the nuts are gold and silver! Gold=Left Hand Thread, Silver=Right! I DID NOT REALIZE THAT UNTIL TONIGHT

Finally had to do a body swap. Only took about 35 minutes or so. I went with black and I like it! The lights don't show up as good as before but I fly in the mornings mostly anyways. I left the battery door white to help with orientation while up high! So, here's a couple of pics. Hope you guys like it!

That would look really slick if you could get your hands on some neon yellow front props!

Added some flexco expandable wire cover to hide the wires and helps with the orientation in the day time
