Select the lowest one. It doesn't have to be the same; a gain that works just fine is all what's needed.

I flew it, was a pita so far compared to my beastx to tune but it works well... the bailout on 100% gave me a main blade strike on the tail blades... sounded like baseball bat hitting a home run. No issues just a small chip on the tip. Backed it down to 70 and it works well. :thumb up:

what's a symptom of to high of cyclic gain ?

Cyclic wobble on hard maneuvers.

100% is a lot I have 60 and it shoots up fast but I do fly high as im a beginner, only time I'm near the ground is landing or crashing.

Im surprised your main blades can reach your tail blades? What model is it?

Apart from the setup how do you find it, any difference to the beastx?

I dunno yet, still gotta tweak it... I saw a video on youtube and i now know i need to adjust the cyclic gain.

I like the bail out and seems like it will get the job done. I also like the mac software.

trex 450l dominator.

Really starting to like my spirit. After moving it to be inline with the main shaft and several tweaking flights today. I am starting to really like it. Was still just doing circuits and flips today as it was fairly gusty, but hope to get a little more adventurous next weekend. Did not experience the reversed bailout that I saw last weekend, and all the logs were clean. Have noticed that the spirit app on my android phone when trying to connect after a flight will have a connection failure half of the time. If I close the app, the bluetooth module on the heli will still have a solid light, and I can't connect again till I cycle the flight pack. Still need to see if forcing a stop on the phone will clear the connection issue without the power cycle on the heli.

Sure wish I could get one. I'm pretty sure it would have saved me about $85 yesterday.

Nice flying; smooth and vivid. The Spirit does look locked in!

Yea, it is amazing, flies so well, especially considering that is a 450!

This was some friends flying it and really liking it as well! The was a cyclic jump on hard maneuvers, but, I went into the software and saw my elevator filter was a 0. It's recommended to be at 1 and is used to stop a cyclic jump on hard stops. Of anyone else gets it that's the parameter you need to adjust.

Jmann841: Nice videos!

cyclenut: You can turn off BT in your phone to disconnect from the module or just plug off the power from the BT module.
It seems as there is some problem in Android, but I hope we can fix it somehow.

Mr. Rmz: too high cyclic gain can cause mostly fast aileron oscillations. Elevator bounce can be compensated with elevator filter, default value is 1 but more agressive blades or too soft head dampeners can require higher values.

May be one of my tuning issues, Mine gave me a default of 0 on elevator filter.
