Default Just call me crash... (noob needs help)

Howdy guys and gals. I am trying to get back into the hobby and thought that the Master CP would be a good choice for my limited skills. On my first flight it spun wildly and crashed. I think I have tail rotor issues. We'll save that for another post. I tried to straighten out the boom (bent in the crash) and broke it. Now I've disassembled the 'copter but I can't get the wires out of the rear rotor housing. I actually broke one wire trying to remove it. I tried pushing out the banana plugs, but that's not working either. Any tricks to this? The exploded diagram doesn't even show the wiring, so it's no help. I can order a new cable, but that won't help if I can't get the old one out!
