Before ever even setting up my Tx.....it looked like this haha

I added some black cable sheathing (6mm i think) and addressed how the talon was mounted and the wires were "run" (smashed in there is more like it). Looks better to me now. I couldn't get over those orange servo wires all over the place!

I had a mishap on my 7th flight today which busted the LG, so I have the LG off of my EP100/firefox/gaui x1 project for temporary use.

It's neon yellow lexan body paint on the vertical stab and the top and bottom of the canopy. I'd like to hit it with some clear coat, as the paint has a matte finish. Vinyl wrap on the boom. Turned out pretty nice. My X5 has a similar colour scheme.

The "Boys" sitting around huddled up during a cold ,damp and rainy day. If the winds calm and it quits raining I may get lucky and get some flight time in. Not placing any bets though.....

My work space is a disaster area at the moment. .. This is the clean side of the room.. can you spot the 180 cfx? There are 15 heli's and a dozen planes in here all together. I had it all nice. Once.

I purchased the option canopy, Monokote on the tail boom (the color match looks better in person), O-rings on the head, and ran all the wires in the frame (the way it should have been done).

One of the best heli shots I've ever seen. Pretty much tells the whole story.

Thanks for sharing!

Been there done that. You know your workbench needs to be cleaned up when you have to be careful putting the soldering iron back in its holder to make sure you dont burn anything on the way
