Default 3D Printed Props

I have access to a 3D printer here at my university.
I'm always printing out my own quad designs and parts.
I've always been tempted to print out propellers to try.

Would it work?

And no. Not trolling.

Who better than a guy named "Heli Crasher" to find out? Even if the materials would hold up it seems like it could be difficult to get an optimal shape without a lot of knowledge of aerodynamics. Do you have the skills to get that far?

Forgot about this thread. Didn't have my thread subscriptions setup properly

So I printed out one of these: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:30284 with amazing results.
I tested it on a 2212 1000kv motor on 3s and it held up great. Haven't flown it though.

Can't wait for the actually flight.
