Well said Isaac as it appears all bad presently there is and will be much better times ahead.
Take care

Are any of you excited about the very real possibility of the models carrying on under a different banner?
I am excited about the models carrying on.

I truly like Charley's design and wish him the best. I like my Legacy Rush and I want to enjoy it for as long as I can. If this new company can last and provide kits and parts then I'm happy.

I also am glad to hear that the helis are still being supported.

I will fly mine and continue buying parts whatever the name of the heli/company is.

Although i feel bad for Charlie and Team Alees usa, I would have felt worse if those who just purchased a new kit, could no longer get parts for them. Many have invested a lot into the new machines and simply would not be in a position to purchase another kit. Especially if it was only minor damage and parts were not available.

I only have a second hand legacy, so my investment is no where near as large as some of you.

While the business ethics, and morals appear to be questionable without knowing the details. I will still support the heli and not dump it as a boycott, as i beleive that will only serve to injure the alees customers who are also my flying mates. We all need parts.

If Charley was to design another machine, through his own or another company, then i would also look at buying that kit.

Without knowing the ins and outs of the politics involved, its sad to see the designer part ways from any company. However, Charlie is a smart man and im sure he will succeed in anything he turns his hand too. And i wish him the best for his future endeavours.

I feel bad for those who purchased an Evo kit, period. I came very close, but went with the Mostro instead. I hate to say it, but I am SO glad I did now.

For me it wouldn't even be about parts support. It would simply be that flying a helicopter with a dubious future just wouldn't be fun for me. I hate it for the guys that got an Evo.

I have two Legacy kits. One I just finish building. It's never been flown as I have no electronics for it yet. The other is new in the box, but is missing a few small parts, which are on order. They are now both for sale. I figure they'll be useful to existing owners for backups. PM me if you're interested.

That has not been fully disclosed. Basically ALeeS USA and ALeeS helicopters parted ways.

I think the AleeS name will be going away, and it is just now called "evolution helicopters."

Especially since the name AleeS was inspired by Charlie's family. Doesn't make a lot of sense to keep the name if they aren't involved.

I have 2 rush 750's (legacy) I got the first one and after I put a hand full of flights on it I loved it so much I got a second one.
A few of the factors that got me to go with them was:
1 - U.S. parts availability
2 - Parts cost was very reasonable
3 - It just flies so well

I have ALOT of parts now but I like to keep a stock pile because I live 1 hour from any decent hobby shop and even then they are limited on the parts they carry for Alees
I was shocked when I tried to goto the USA site the other day and it said this site is closed.

Im sorry to hear of the falling out but I really hope I can continue to get parts for one of the greatest machines i've ever built.

I'm truly sad to hear this. The Alees family was a top notch group.
